Refund Process: – Clients must submit a written refund request detailing the reasons for the request and providing supporting evidence where applicable. – Refund requests will be reviewed by Veracious Creators within 15 business days upon receipt. – Veracious Creators reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding the refund request. – If the refund request is approved, Veracious Creators will process the refund within 15 business days using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items: – Certain services or fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to: – Fees associated with third-party services or tools used in the digital marketing campaign. – Costs incurred for materials or resources purchased specifically for the client’s project. – Any fees outlined as non-refundable in the contract or proposal.

Dispute Resolution: – In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility or the amount of the refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. – If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may pursue legal remedies as outlined in the governing law section of the contract.
